ESITTELY
Minua kiinnostavat halvan näköiset tuotteet sekä kaupallisuus. Näkemäni asiat sulautuvat yhteen ja muodostavat karikatyyrin. Luon näillä mielikuvilla toisenlaisen todellisuuden, joka ei sijoitu tiettyyn paikkaan tai aikaan, eikä ole läsnä. Siinä on nukkekodin tavoin jotain lavastettua.

I am a digital painter and in my work I depict the everyday moments of adults in the midst of chaos. I am inspired by sweets, microwave hamburgers and soft toys. My expression is cute, plastic-like, and full of toy colours. All shapes are bloated. You can’t hurt your finger on the soft surfaces.
I am interested in cheap-looking products and commercialism. The things I see blend together and form a caricature. With these images, I create another reality that is not tied to a specific place or time, and is not present. Like a dollhouse, there is something staged about it.
