ESITTELY

Saaren teokset ottavat useimmiten kolmiulotteisen muodon, ja sivuavat erityisesti vallan ja sen väärinkäytön teemoja. Hän tarkastelee niin yksilön kuin luonnon asemaa yhteiskunnan osasina ja hyödyntämisen kohteina. Vallan alta nyhdetään hiljakseen pois mattoa ja sille jopa nauretaankin hieman.

Usually the works of J. Saari take a three dimensional form. The Power and the misusings of it are common themes in the works. The statuses of both an individual and nature as whole are viewed against the principals of the society and as sources of its commodities. There is  an ever so slight yanking of the carpet going on from under the feet of the Power and they are even getting laughed at a bit.
